The festival is making a global experimental called
GLOBAL "LOUD SOUL" 60 minutes 2O23.
The selected applications will be an integral part of the experimental 60-minute film.
Applications must be authentic and must last 30 seconds.
Acceptable categories are: - melody - the voice - dance
